1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders received before 10am PST Monday–Friday will be shipped the same day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping ($18): Approximately 2–4 business days delivery
  • Standard Shipping ($5): Approximately 3–6 business days delivery, Continental USA

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

4. Delays & Issues

5. International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
